<![CDATA[The results of the research indicate that (1) the implementation ofPUG policy seen from the RPJMD prioritizes the improvement of women'scapacity and role in development, especially the participation of women in thegovernment, private sector, labor force and improvement of genderdevelopment index. While the PUG policy contained in BPPKB strategic planshows that the enactment of strategies such as increasing participation ofwomen in private institutions and government.There is a description of the activities that run optimally such as theExhibition of Women's Works in the Field of Development in addition thereare also activities that have not run optimally such as Building a WomenAwakening Activity in Politics, this activity needs to be maximized again byBPPKB. (2) the factors influencing the implementation of policies such asenvironmental conditions indicate that the community is still less concernedwith women's participation in public decisions and public policy.Then in the inter-organizational relationship factor, the action plan ofGender Mainstreaming (PUG) in each Unit of Regional Work Unit isimplemented in harmony so that requires cooperation between the SKPD andcross-sectoral involvement. Furthermore, the Resource factor shows that thequantity of women in BPPKB has more number than men. In addition, supportin the form of equipment and equipment is sufficient and the characteristicfactor of the implementing agency capability shows the commitment ofBPPKB employees in socializing gender responsive development.]]>

<![CDATA[Alternative assessment as a part of the evaluation is an important part ofthe learning cycle and it is believed involving the need either student orteacher in teaching and learning process. This paper s eeks theimpl ementat ion of s el f as s es sment to obtain students' learningperceptions and the effectiveness of autonomous learning in an any fieldstudies. The instruments used for the survey is a self-made questionnairebased on literature review. At the beginning, questionnaire were delivered tostudents in order to get primary students’ reflection of various activities asthey are in any field studies - before seeking information was widely involvedin an interview of 5 students. The results of this study reveal that manyopportunities underlining evaluation come up on surface to classroomdisplaying students’ need and this study is also possible as studentsteachers’reflection what suppose they want to get in learning process. Afurther most of students agreed that many approaches appear in some waysas results of various exercises. As a conclusion we state that selfassessment as a part of alternative assessment can play significant roleby providing wider input into the e f f e c t i v e implementation learningprocess in any field study.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to know about the budget ofreplacement of the State capital of Jakarta to East Kalimantan Province.The forms of the budget of the organization has thecharacteristics as follow, (1) It is stated in the unity of monitory by thesupporting nonmoneter like production unit or sold unit; (2) To cover thedefined period usually one year; (3) To estimate the potencial profit of thebisness unit; (4) As the commitment; (5) The budget is being reviewed andagreed; (6) After it is being appointed so never change again withou thespecial reason. The location of it is in East Kalimantan in 2016. The methodof the research is qualitative by taking from newspaper, magazine andreports. The data is also taken by observation and interview. The budgethere was falling down until 442 tryllion rupiah. The results are that (1) Thebudget has to be earned from the central government and the companies aswell as the upport from outsider or internatioanal states and the total bugded422 tryllion; (2) The budget is begun from unit the next four years. Thesuggestions are that the government: (1) has to focuse to the budget of theexpense; (2) has to economize the budget during four years working; (3) Toincrease the real income by tax as well as the tourism objects.]]>

<![CDATA[Work productivity is something that is expected by every organization,both government and private organizations. Achieving optimal workproductivity means a success for the organization, which in turn will befeedback for the achievement of the objectives of employees and organizationsconcerned.To support work productivity at the maximum Environmental andForestry Service of Kutai Kartanegara Regency, there are at least 3 (three)important factors that must be considered, namely: first, adequate benefits sothat employee productivity is maintained while carrying out their duties;second, continuous education and training so that the ability and skills ofemployees always develop in accordance with the demands of work that alsocontinues to grow; and third, work discipline that functions as a controllinginternal control and regulations that regulate employees to work better andhave a passion for achievement in accordance with applicable workprocedures in the work agency.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the process ofDeradicalization Based on Community Empowerment through the NationalForum on East Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative approach that takesplace in a reasonable setting using a phenomenological paradigm because itaims to understand the phenomena that occur in research subjects.Participatory action research (participatory action research) isresearch that actively involves all relevant parties (stakeholders) in assessingongoing actions (where their own experience is a problem) in order to makechanges and improvements for the better.In order to stem the spread of Deradicalisation in East Kalimantan,FKPT can make at least three systematic efforts that are expected to have asignificant impact on deterring Deradicalization, namely first strengtheningthe ideology of tolerance in all layers of society in order to foster peacefulbehavior. In this case the role of religious leaders, Customary Leadersbecomes very important as a barometer of community attitudes and mentaldevelopment. Furthermore, the revitalization of values and practice ofPancasila as an ideology of the nation that must be upheld aims to strengthenthe character of citizens and instill a spirit of nationalism in supporting plural,tolerant, and peaceful national life. The last effort is to strengthen the role ofcivil society through FKUB, FKPT, FPK, FKDM, FKPMKT as an extensionof BNPT and government partners who aim to gather massive involvement ofcivil society in the movement to combat Deradicalization and terrorism.]]>

<![CDATA[Inventory in accounting shows the value of an item produced for saleor consumed and the value of an item purchased for sale. There are manymethods used to make inventory measurements or assessments. However, thisstudy focuses on a review of how to measure inventory values based on the FirstEntry First (MPKP) or First In First Out (FIFO) method, the Last Enter FirstOut (MTKP) or Last In First Out (LIFO) method, the Average Method ,Identification Method and review whether the use of the method producesdifferent final inventory quantities. In this study also discussed the effects onincome that can be followed by presentation in financial statements. Thefinancial statements intended in this study are limited to income reports or NetProfitThe results showed that the measurement of inventory cost based onthe cost flow method using the FIFO, LIFO method, Simple Average, WeightedAverage and Special Cost Method displays the different final inventory values,as well as the measurement method. impact on the presentation of incomestatements.FIFO produces the smallest HPP so that the highest net income andtax. LIFO produces the largest HPP so that it produces low net income andtaxes. The simple and weighted average method produces a difference in coststhat are not so significant, but both differ in the way they are calculated. Thespecial identification method ranks second in profit. This finding shows thatcompanies (managers) need to know the selection of inventory valuationmethods used and their effect on earnings.]]>

<![CDATA[This Research aims to analyze and description of psychologicalwell-being of Al-Qur’an Memorizer who were blind. The research is aqualitative research with phenomenology study approach. Data collectionmethod used in this research was interview. Data analysis used in thisresearch was qualitative desriptive. Data realibility checking was done usingtriangulation technique. According to the research, there found thatpsychological wealth Al-Qur’an Memorizer where subject AB and SY are ableto accept themselves just the way they are, controlling warm relations withother to fit it with their needs, having purpose, and clear meaning of life, alsoaware and use their potential in continuous way.The increased ofpsychological well-being was obtained due to social support from family,friends and community. They both reported an increased psychologicalwell-being after they reached life goals dimension. This study revealed lifegoals as initial dimension that helped subjects to reach other dimensions ofpsychological well-being: self acceptance, independence, environmentmastery, personal growth, and positive relationships with others.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the DPRD inthe formation of regional regulations in East Kalimantan Province. Theresults of the study show that in general the role of the DPRD is manifested inthree functions as stated in Law Number 23 Year 2014, namely the formationof regional regulations, budgets and supervision. In connection with this, theformation of regional regulations is the main function of the DPRD. Incarrying out this function, especially in terms of initiatives or initiatives tomake regional regulations by the DPRD of East Kalimantan Province it can besaid that it has already been implemented. This can be seen from the initiativeof making regional regulations not only from the provincial government butalso from the DPRD initiative and this certainly has been in line with themandate of Law Number 12 Year 2011 article 56 which states that "The draftprovincial regulations can come from the DPRD Provincial or Governor"andGovernment Ordinance Number 12 Year 2018 article 5 section (1) whichstates that"Draft regional regulations can come from DPRD or RegionalHead".]]>
